As your Region Vice President, I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome all our dedicated parents, teachers, students and community members to strengthen our volunteer base. I am available, along with the other local state board of managers, to assist you with questions, challenges, and issues affecting a local unit, a council or Region 16.
