The state is divided into five geographical regions. Each region has a Region Director.

¨ Train and engage local leaders
¨ Organize new units
¨ Speak or teach classes at leadership training or workshops
¨ Plan a Region Reflections Awards ceremony
¨ And assist local and council leaders

Northwest Region - Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Cameron, Clarion, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Venango, Warren and Westmoreland
Southwest Region – Allegheny, Fayette, Greene and Washington
Central Region – Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lycoming, Mifflin, Northumberland, Perry, Potter, Snyder, Somerset, Tioga, Union and York
